Help please!!!

I have a 97 ford explorer and in the morning it starts then dies until it gets warmed up and kinda does a little shakey thing. It does it threw out the day to sometimes... Any idea what might be goin on???

It's pretty difficult to figure out what you're saying here. Can you try and explain the problem better? Maybe take a video of what it's doing.
