Help!! Taking back seats out of a 2003 Explorer XLT

I know this sounds stupid but I want to make sure I don't royally screw something up!!

My wife's Explorer is disgusting!! She has allowed our kids to eat and drink (and spill) chocolate/strawberry milk under the seats. I want to scrub the carpet and clean up underneath. I proposed the best way is to just take out the middle back seat.

It seems easy enough... 5 bolts out. Seat out. Scrub. Seat in. Bolts in.

Am I oversimplyfying?

Am I going to destroy her vehicle?

My wife's Explorer is in the same shape with two kids that they think the seats and floors are garbage cans. To answer your question yes it is that easy to take out the middle seat and if you want to take the bottom of the rear seat out it is easy also. There are two quick releases on the bottom and it comes right out.

or if you really want the carpet clean you can completely take the carpet out. takes about an hour to get it completely out.
