help timming chain rattle

hi i am a newbie to this forum i have just brought a explorer with the dreaded rattle , striped the timing cover this morning . jackshaft followers o.k. but low and behold lots of bits from the upper guides so will be removing rocker covers next . can anyone point me in the right direction for chains and guides tried lots of u.s. sites but they don't want to post to UK . cheers Chris.
