what size tires are you wanting to run? how much of a lift were you thinking? b4 you answer those ?s though you need to figure out what youre going to use the truck for. all terrain tires come in all sizes.. heck, i saw a newer tracker at wal mart the other day with stock sized bfg mud terrains, it was hilarious.

buy 4 BFG ATs

30x9.50 15 or 16 inch, whatever size your rim is

these are a hair bigger than stock tire size but you can barely tell a difference

no lift needed, they dont rub the fenders and they dont cost an arm and a leg

biggest investment ive made on mine, ive got 33,000 miles on em so far with plenty of tread left

yes you can put A/T's on it without a lift. The only reason you would need to lift it is if you went with a bigger tire. You could actually probably go up to a 31x10.5 tire without lifting it. And some advice, If your on a budget don't look at bfg's, they're spendy. People on this site seem to love them but I have not met one person In my personal life that has been happy with them. Look at yokohoma geolander a/t's or cooper tires.

personally.. i loved my bfg all terrains. with 40K+ miles on them they still have tread! they were great on road, great off road, great in the snow, even good in the rain! you cant beat them. and the price isnt all that bad.

thanks guys, i found some BFG AT's taht look nice ill get some pics soon...

ok so i lied... you know how i found some tires well i did i had the money but then i had to get new brake pads and shoes, and new rotors so that means no tires until the next pay check! but i think i might do a TT and shackles and put 32' A/Ts on instead of the 31' i found so thanks for the info anyway...

ps a broken caliper also that brings it to a grand total since i replaced em all to about $990 sucks big time

Ouch.

i know...and one more question for anyone is it possible to take tires and rims of an F-150 with all terrains (17' rims) and swap for the 16' street tires on my X? anyone?
