Help - vent fan stays on full blast even with climate control off

I've tried hitting all the buttons to get the fan to go off, but it won't.

I guess I have to call the dealer?

i assume you are talking about the blower motor under the dash.

disconnect the blower motor connector and the Front Blower Motor Speed Controller connector.

check for short to ground at Blower Motor connector Y/BL wire.

Thanks but I have no clue where those connectors are or how to check short to ground, etc.

Going to dealer in the a.m. ...

Update: dealer said blower switch was shorted and replaced under warranty.
