This is going to sound very strange but I hope someone can help me. My radio quit working 2 days after I bought the truck. The display says "phone" and will let me do nothing (apparently there used to be a built in cell phone that is no longer there). If I pull the #9 fuse while the truck is running, the radio will come back on but if I shut the truck off and turn it back on with the fuse still out, the display goes back to "phone". If I put the fuse back in while the truck is running, the radio will come back on, but again, go back to "phone" if I shut the truck off and turn it back on. HELP!!!!

All fixed

I found a question that was answered earlier for someone that had the same problem. Cobrajeff made this recommendation:

"Sounds like your radio is locked up in "Phone" mode, which would mute the audio. Could be a problem in the RCU or the FCU, or, possibly the result of someone doing something with the wiring.

I think if you take the power connector off the head unit (it's the long skinny plug with eight terminals in it), and take the wire out (and tape it back) of position #5 (counting from the end with the indexing lug), it will disable the phone function - and should you back into radio mode."

If anyone experiences, this problem, this fix does work. My radio works like a charm now!!
Thanks!!!!

Thank you for posting that you got it fixed and telling who helped you. So many people ask for help then never report back if they got there problem solved and/or what the problem was.
