help weird things happening

so when im driving every now and then my 4x4 and 4x4 low lights on my dash start blinking turning on 4x4 dosent do anything and a few minutes later they stop blinking and then my power windows wont work for like 2 min then every thing is back to normal this has happend 3 or 4 times in about a month anyone have any ideas

Sounds like a problem with the GEM. What I don't know though. I'd check all the wiring connectors going to it.
