HELP What year odometers will fit on a 2000

I have a 2000 explorer xlt the odometer stopped working along time ago so i got one from a 99 and it worked but it was fast for every mile it was saying that i went 1 1/2 miles (using my GPS) so i was wondering what years would fit and read properly

Should be 95-01 for an explorer, rangers will fit up to 03

Just found out from my local salvage yard that only 2000 and 2001 will work, just got one out of a 01 and works fine
