Help Whomp Whomp sound

Hi I have a 2000 Explorer with a problem when i get up to about 25 mph i here a whomp whomp sound, i replaced the front hubs and cv axles and still no luck. I can spin each side buy hand and there is no sound but when i drive it and get over 25 i can here it any one have any ideas ? Thanks

Rotate your tires front to back and see if the noise changes. My 95 does that from time to time and it's just noise generated from the tires. Also inflate them to 32psi rather than follow the sticker on the door and see if the noise goes away.
