Ok, so here is the deal, My brother-in-law has a 96 limited ford explorer. The ABS kicks in no matter if the road is completly dry or not. When they stop they kick in and the lights dim and interfers with the radio some times?? But when they hit the gas everything reterns to normal again. any ideas???? Thank you!
