Help with error code 629 Explorer 1992 XLT

Hello all, I have a problem with a Explorer 1992 4wd XLT, with the scanner I get the error code 629 (TCC solenoid), I rebuild the entire transmission, change all solenoids, and check the continuiti for TCC from harness to the trans. and it's ok.
My question is, is there some relay, fuse or something else causing this error? I check the wires from the trans. to the harness in the fender.
I will appreciate a lot your help, I only have this error code and I want fix it.

My experience with these is that it has to be either a full open or a short to ground in the TCC circuit. Check the wiring between the fender harness and the PCM. Is there continuity through the TCC solenoid?

It is somewhat common for the harness with the 3/4 and tcc control wires to fall againt the exhaust manifold and burn the wires.
