Help with gearshift indicator

Hi, my name is Ricardo. I need help to arrange the gearshift indicator (automatic transmission) that does not work. The needle this stuck in position 1.

this post has not been answered for a long time. i kinda do have the same problem the indicator is offset by -1. like if you are in D the indicator shows 2.
