I was wondering how to go about fixing the heating/AC problem on my 01 Explorer Sport.... When i use the controls i get very minimal practically no heat coming out and it has to be on the highest setting on the dial for even that little bit of air to come out. The defrost doesn't work, AC, nothing. I was just wondering if replacing the controls would solve the problem or if it's something more. Thanks for the help!! I also am having a problem with the Driver side door. The door will lock, but when i go to unlock my car only the passenger side door will open and the driver side door has to be opened manually.
