Help with my 99 Explorer with a 4.0l v6 sohc

I am needing help trying to figure out whats wrong with my Explorer. I have a 99 expolrer with a 4.0l v6 sohc. I just replaced the head gaskets and I am having trouble getting it to start. When I go to start it the motor cranks 2 or 3 times and then all the lights start flashing and after that it wont crank. It has a alarm on it and thats the only thing I can think of that would cause the lights to flash and then not start. thanks

Sorry to see you got no responses however, if you've been as deep as the head gaskets (assuming you mean the head gaskets and not the VCG's), you have a multitude of potential problems!

I think I'd start by checking ALL various plugs are connected back properly to all various sensors etc then I'd focus serious attention on possible mistakes made when TIMING during reconstruction.

Sure it's all sorted by now anyway.
