I got a 7 year old JBL GTQ-200 amp, 50x4 for dirt cheap. I don't have the money for a sub or an amp for that yet, but I do have a dual amp kit. Anyway, it has a long 4 guage wire but a short 8 guage wire which is for the second amp. Should I a) hook up the distribution block and just use the short 8 guage wire to power the amp, or should I just hook it up to the 4 guage wire for now until I get the subs and stuff? Thanks.
