help with part numbers please

2006 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD 4.0 V6

I went to change my rear disc pads and noticed that I need to change the following and am struggling to find the correct part numbers and so any help would be appreciated:

rear sway bar links
Rear upper control arm bushing
rear knuckle upper bushing

In addition, I thought it time to replace the PCV valve and came up with the following part number 2C5Z6A666AAand wondered if this was correct?

Use www.fordparts.com and you should be able to find everything you need by putting in your vin or selecting the correct year, make and model and searching from there.
