Help with Rear Sway Bar Bushing

I have a squeeky noise in the rear of my 2002 Explorer Eddie Bauer. I suspect it is the sway bar bushing. Does anyone have a how-to remove, replace? Also, how do you put on new bushings (never done it before)?

Check the "sticky Threads" for the R&R information on sway bar bushings as Triton mentioned, but you can also try injecting some grease into the area between the current sway bar bushings and the sway bar itself using a grease gun that has a needle tipped attachment. That should help quiet them down for a while. If they need replacing, then do so. New ones cost around $20.
