Help with removing antenna mount and wiring if needed

Sorry if this is redundant but I'm having a hard time removing my left over broken antenna and the rubber mount on the fender. I know I have to reach behind my glove box to where the antenna is. I'd like to take this out and get a replacement at a junkyard. Not having a functioning radio is a nuisance! Any guidance or assistance would be much appreciated.
