Help with removing second row seat

hi all, i have a 2016 explorer limited thats going back Monday because the lease is ending. Of course today my kids find some portable video game cartridge stuck down in where the seat belts are clipped into. We cant reach this with our hands or any tools.

Is there a way to get access to this section? Can the seat be removed to get access? Any help it’s appreciated! I searched the forums but wasnt able to find what i was looking to do. Pic added for where i need to get into.

So I assume you already sent the car back...
Affraid you would have remove most of the seat to open up that part...
Did not found but recall seeing thread where people swap the 60% bench to another 40% to have 2 bucket seats (was looking into doing it!)
