Rockauto has the complete rear upper control arm listed for $135. I don't see a listing for a sperate rear ball joint.
The other part you are describing is called a rear toe link. From what I understand, it is a dealer only item. I know Autozone, and RockAuto don't carry them.
After changing either one or both of these, you will also need a 4 wheel alignment.
