Hi everybody. I hope I'm at the right place....
I have a 96 explorer xlt and it won't start!!
I have fuel,spark but won't turn over. Ran great
until cold weather. Any ideas?

Try putting some menthol hydrate in the fuel tank, possible water contaminate in fuel, cheap try first, good luck

Welcome to this forum! Did you try to boost the battery or tap the starter? Do you have a flashing theft light? Does it have an aftermarket alarm system?

Starter is working. Fuel pump is working.
getting spark and getting fuel. Almost sounds
like it's out of time. Ran fine,parked it over
night then cranks but won't start.. could thhe
crank shaft positioning sensor have anything
to do with it?

Do you have a check engine light with a stored trouble code?

With a scan tool going to check it.
