as for the moldings, i just peeled em off and removed the residue underneath with mineral spirits. removing those moldings and the pinstripe really makes a difference.

see where the flames are? on your truck there is a raised piece of plastic there with a chrome strip in the middle of it, thats the molding

it is possible that it is... my truck had been repainted crappily earlier in its life and when i removed mine it looked like crap (they hadn't removed them when they repainted it) so i got those graphics to cover up the problem with the paint, then before that second pic i repainted.

hey, i just ran a search for you by using the search function.

i searched side moldings, and side molding removal and found a few threads that would help you. do the same if you want (i'm just too lazy to post the directions here)
