after my accident last year

my left leaf spring is shaggin about an inch
and they said i have replace my whole suspension
what should i do or could i do

i want to lift it
do i use lift suspension or do i use oem suspension with the lift i know i can use lift coil springs

i thinking chaging alot stuff in the suspension
i getting 31s from riffman so i need new suspension
