Hello I’m also new to this site I had a few questions about my 05 explorer xlt the “check advanced traction” is always on not sure what the issue is and also I went to refill my truck and after I drove about 1/2 check engine light came on and when I brought it to get checked out they said something with gas cap but gas cap looks fine any help would be great thank you

Do you have an OBD2 scanner that reads both Standard+Ford codes?
If not get one, otherwise we're all clueless\guessing on a CEL indication without the TroubleCode(s).
You can go to a PartsStore & use there scanner, but often those only read Standard codes
& that's not practical for working on a vehicle crippled in your own garage\driveway.

I can bring it get it checked but car runs fine it’s just the “check advanced traction “ light is always on
