Hi 2015 Explorer Here

Hi, my name is April and I own a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. I found this forum while looking up what the heck could be going on with my car. Today when I had it idling in park, it began to intermittently shudder and while it started doing that, the AC stopped coming and was only blowing cool air. I rolled the windows down and as soon as I did that, the shuddering stopped and the AC started blowing cool again. The shuddering had happened before, but it's intermittent. If someone could direct me to the right thread or give me some direction, I would be grateful.

Welcome to this forum! Did you check the battery terminals for corrosion? Sometimes electrical items act up when there's a bad connection.
