Hi Everyone! Need advice with a weird Explorer issue

Ok, hopefully someone else has had this happen and can advise me..
After starting my 2006 Explorer I went to drive forward and my front wheels began locking up. Not locking up totally, it would move forward slowly but stop/lock and move. At the same time my Advance Sport Trac light would flash on the dashboard then the 4x4 light would come on. I could turn them off but they kept coming on and the wheels kept locking up and stopping me from moving forward. Going in reverse was ok for the most part but it did the same thing in reverse but only slightly. Is this a brake issue? Why are all of the dashboard lights coming on. Any advise will help. Thank you

remove the abs and traction control fuses and try again

If your front wheels are locking up, then one of the ABS sensors in the hubs is bad. Unfortunately, it comes with the hub bearing, I had same thing and could not move from a stop sign.
