I bought a '94 XLT a couple of months ago and found this great site while looking for general information.
About my truck: 1994 XLT 4dr w/ 60,000 mi., Tan/Tan, Excellent shape.
I've made a couple of changes already, just to bring to my liking:
31 x 10.50 x 15 tires on stock wheels.
Flowmaster cat-back exhaust, all welded w/ cats removed (sound a little like an import now! but runs very well).
Stealth sound system w/300 watts to sub and 100 to each 2-way speaker, Sirius/CD/MP3 HU, 5-ch EQ., all very well hidden to prying eyes outside or inside ('cept sub grille which is being colored like the rest of the interior).
DrawTite round tube hitch. Vent Visors.
I'm going to also change the air filtration, as soon as I can figure out what I want to do.
I'm very pleased with this truck, so far. It's classy looking while being discrete. I'm not the flashy type. I tend to like conservative and understated.
I sure don't want anybody's attention.
My other interests/hobbies include guns (I'm a racer and combat shooter)
and classic motorcyles (I have 2 Nortons, OOC).
I look forward to enjoying this place in the future.
