I'm got HID fogs (9145/h10) and HID lows (9006) but what should I use for my high beams (9005's)?

I'm thinking Silverstar Ultras... How about PIAA's or others?

that is what i used they need to have the small right angle connector use the ultras they say that they are brighter and last longer

silverstars r the best halogen/xenon choice in a regular bulb...def not HID material but a nice bright clear white light... i had bought PIAA ultra whites and they werent as good... i have 9006 silverstar ultra lows, 9005 silverstar highs, H3 silverstars in my fog lights and driving lights, 9145s in the fogs, and 3157s in the turn signals... btw the turn signals look awesome in day with the color scheme and they burn orange... its cool.. notice them in the unlit picture

I ordered Silverstar Ultras... Obviously HID brights won't work and after installing fog and low HID's I didn't want to leave the brights stock.

why even waste your money on high's? first of all you hardly ever have them on, and when you do its not like your hid lows/fogs arent going to be bright enough without those stupid ss high's....COMPLETE waste of money imo. especially for your high's.....

u need to take it easy pal... its actually a good investment cuz highs do wut the name says "high beams" they shoot up... his HIDs r in the running lights (low to the ground) and low beams (between ground and highbeams)... seems very practical to purchase them

"investment" good or bad, it was $35.. by no means will that break the bank... especially after buying full HID's for the fogs and lows!

i noticed in the picture that your driving lights are on with high beams on --did you rewire them -- mine go out on high beam

i have 3 sets of aftermarket lights all wired to aftermarket switches so i can choose when they go on.. if u have someone do it for u at an autoplace they usually make it to where u can only have them with the brights activated... if ur interested i can show a picture of where i have the switch mounted and how it is set up under the hood with the wiring

mine are all factory and driving lights go out when i switch to hi beam -- i was just looking for a way for them to burn with hi beams

oooo i understand now... well in a previous thread i created, i had actually swapped my XLS bumper with the XLT bumper with the fogs, so i did the wiring for those myself... they arent stock like that... i actually had to go buy 2 9145 bulbs and wire a switch... didnt kno the others went off when u activated high beams.. crazy... im enjoying those 10 lights though... could blind a blind man:thumbsup:
