My truck has almost 200000 miles on it and for about the last 20000 miles if it is cold or in a mood it will not start the first time I turn it over I have to pause and try again and usually it starts the second attempt. I have talked to a few other ranger owners and this seems to be not wide spread but amongst 3 out of 5 people I have talked to have the same problem starting around 190000 miles? The fuel filter is about a year old, very little has been done with the engine because its a BEAST. Its a 4.0 L 5 speed 2003
