hi new to the forum and got a quick question.
looks like i have a leak from the steering gearbox on the rack from the high pressure hose. had the front end lifted and with engine on, i had someone turn the wheel and the leak is like a spray coming from the threads.
suspect i have a seal that's dead and need to replace the hose. as I'm going to replace the hose, i figured i'd cut the hose so i can get a socket on it but looking at the power steering pump, i can't see how it's connected. looks like it's on the back side.
if someone can let me know what i need to take off to get to the fitting on the power steering, it'd be appreciated.
Looks like i'm going to remove the belt and the air intake hose. any other tips?
