High Speed Problem

Hi Guys Its me again I just want to ask all the expert here, As I was running my XP at 170km/hr @ 3200RPM it looks like changing a gear.. I don't understand if its really changing or I got a trany problem.. my XP is 98 4x4 SOHC. I can very well feel it its some sort of manual driven car that's changing from high gear into low gear. I hope I can get a decent answer here

your hitting the governer. It limits the explorer to more reasonable speeds. Its not an engine or tranny problem.
