hey guys, Im new to the forums and to the world of SUVs in general...
about 2days ago, i purchased a 1993 Ford Explorer XLT from a guy in Cary NC. Its a 4.0l V6 mounted to a Mazda 5speed Trans and a transfer case
and so far, I absolutly love that truck... it feels like a combo of the ruggedness of my old 87 Sierra 4x4, but with the interior and comfort of my old Voyager. its big enough to haul more than just my thoughts around and still versitle enough to be called a truck... and it should be much more reliable than the voyager with the 5speed.
I dunno if Ill be a trail junkie, but hopefully I can still be an asset to the community anyways
oh, and btw, what is the best thermostat to buy? I know I can always get stant, but is getting OEM worth the extra trouble? are the stants bad? what do you have?
