I would just get them out and see how they fit. Don't drill or anything yet, Just Put them up and see if the cover the gaps and provide enough clearence to tires/Brake lines/ETC. If it doesn't fit, you could probably still sell them. I'm guessing they will fit as they are similar vehicles.
Not to be nit-picky But I would see them as more of an exterior Accessory then a Suspension accessory. It's like a bug guard for the hood. They really don't have anything to do with the suspension.
^That's why I say go for it but be smart about clearence of things. Did you get them because of a body lift? Why don't we see any pictures?
