Im looking for ideas, I want to get some 32's so what kind of lift do I need? 3inch? What are your recommended mods. Im starting with a clean slate and I really want to create a beast. My friend says my Ranger will never live up to his 96 Dodge 1500. I strongly disagree main reason being that its a Dodge but oh well. So far I have only put a stereo in it (being 17 thats a requirement before you put 100 miles on it) The 4.0 was just rebuilt along with the tranny. (85 miles on it :P) 200k on the body so I figured I may as well start from the ground up. It has the black exterior and grey interior and is the extended cab. Did I mention the HP i managed to get 240hp without any serios mods just bouring the block out a little. This was done professionally by a friend who builds all our race car engines and is know for his abbilities here in Oregon. Any more info that I could include? Please give me some ideas I got a few but nothing really substantial.:rangertan:

Just so you know about the 32s, a buddy of mine back up in alaska has a 94 Ranger with 32s on it and it does just fine. He was shocked when I told him that stock an ex can only hold a 31 before major trimming cause he said he still has plenty of room on his Ranger. And about your buddys Dakota, hes a moron lol. Your ranger is smaller which meens you can fit more places not to mention there is a pretty good aftermarket for em. Get you a 4 inch suspension lift and some 33s and off you go :D Trust me, I had a 84 Ranger with 2wd and use to take it all over the place, being small is an advantage when it comes to trails and such :D

O and on a side note, I know its not a an S10 but figured I would mention this, when i was younger my dad and I went four wheeling with some of his buddys who had big lifted trucks and his only had a small factory inch lift with stock tires, and his truck went every where theres did and actually went farther cause his truck could twist through the tight turns and trees. Only place where he couldnt keep up was the deep mud and wate cause of his stock intake. Your ranger will do even better cause the rangers frame sits up higher than an S10.
