Hood Question

I should know the answer to this but I don't. Will a 2000 Mountaineer hood fit on my 97? The only reason I ask is because they changed the style of the front end in 98 and I don't know if the changed the hood.

Yes it will. however the hood latch may be different... i know that in 98 the hood latch changed with the explorer. but it's the better of the two if you have a billet grill. I would get the lower hood latch and swap it on in there.
