Horn Troubleshooting

Horn is not working.(I ordered my Hayne's book, but still did not get it).

I checked the relay, and it is fine. (I switched it with the Wiper's ones and tested with a multimeter too).

What are the next steps ?
Could someone point me to a thread where it would have been discussed ?

**update** Did not think about it, but the horn is actually working when using the remote to lock the doors.
That directs me to the clockspring. Is there an easy way to test the connections without taking everything out ?
It looks tricky because of the airbags.

I sent to your email the horn diagnostics and schematic. Also the drivers airbag R&R and Clock Spring R&R.

ps Find a FORD paper or CD/DVD repair manual. Puts Haynes/Mitchell/etc to shame.
