Horn Works Sometimes Where is The Relay

I have a 97 Mercury Mountaineer AWD V-8. The horn works sometimes so I guessing it has be the relay and not the horn. Does anyone know where it is? I need to get it fixed. Also any clue how expensive?

The relay is number 2 or 3 on the power distro box under the hood..

could also be a bad ground at the horn.

My horn is out too... as is the light-flash feature when arming the factory security system. Same relay???
