Hot Start Problem

I have searched all the threads and cannot seem to find an answer so here goes. 95 Ex 4.0 that has trouble starting only when hot. It will act like a dead battery with a weak crank for maybe 2 revolutions then stop. Sometime that is enough to get it to start but sometimes not. If not, I turn the key back to off and try again and it will do the same thing but will start. I hear the fuel pump and it is getting spark. It has not left me stranded yet but I am worried it will. No codes and other than that, the truck runs great. It just started doing it in the last few weeks with daytime temps above 95 degrees. It starts strong and right away when the truck is cold or even after about 30mins of being turned off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

Check you battery cables. Sounds like a bad ground to me. The cables get corrosion inside the insulation and will not work correctly. Very common thing.

Check this thread. There is a picture of what a bad cable looks like. This is for a 1st gen, but still applies to your rig.
