How and how much?

I need to change my coolant how do i drain it and how much do i need to replace it with? p.s. i got a little bit of muddy water in there so it's not too green anymore.

there is a drain **** at the botton, it looks like a wingnut.... dump in a bottle of antifreeze, then fill the rest with water.....

Good idea to use distilled water and mix 50/50 with antifreeze.

How much does antifreeze cost???

Maybe $5/gal You might need 1.5 gal

mix 50/50

I usually use 1 gal Antifreeze & slightly less than 1 gal distilled water. Total capacity should be slightly less than 8 quarts (2 gal).

Antifreeze in my local store is between $5 and $7 per gal depending on brand. Distilled water is about $1 per gal.
