very brief engine cutout?
I watched the video and when you had the hood up I thought I detected a very brief engine cutout. It's so brief that it could only be electrical. Like a wire that shorts or opens. I suggest watching it in the dark for ignition wire arcing. Also, during the day try wiggling wires (non spark plug) and connectors to see if they trigger a cutout. Another idea is to clean the connector to the crankshaft position sensor by removing and reconnecting several times. The sensor tells the PCM how fast the engine is running. A poor connection could result in engine surging. That could explain the greater engine speed when in drive.
