Just need some advise on Throttle position sensors. How
difficult are they to replace? 1994 XLT 200K+ miles and
still running - strong - well not at the moment.

Thanks,

Russ

Yup -- just two screws hold it in place. Very simple part to replace. Nothing falls apart when you remove it. Just make sure you engage the slot in the throttle blade shaft when you replace the part.

You may need a special torx driver (safety torx) in some instances. If the torx has a peg in the middle, that is the safety type. Get a specialty bit from almost any parts or hardware store.
