How Do I Change The Front CV Joints??

I have a 97 mercury mountaineer 5.0 AWD. Its time to change the front cv joints for the all wheel drive, but I want some insider advice before i tear into the front end, the books do not show it so I was hoping to get a few tips of what to expect to get into. Thank you very much.

This will give you an idea of whats involved, though you won't need to remove the diff housing.

that pretty much covers it, honestly while you're in there, you might as well change the diff fluid and make it MUCH easier on yourself.
