How's your Labor Day weekends going ? I just started this forum today and was curious how it works ... I bought a 96 for explorer in February and have slowly started purchasing new parts for a complete overhaul ... I recently got in an accident and the lady bent my inner tie rod end , into a V , since last week I bought a Moog inner and outer tie rod , for the front passenger side and installed it the next day ... I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to perform an at home alignment , for time being ,so I can get back on the road for work Teusday ... When I redo the control arm bushings , ball joints and other tie rod ends than I will have it professionally done ...

You can set the toe with just a tape measure.

Setting the rest of the angles is more difficult and requires more equipment such as a magnetic caster/camber gauge and a set of turn plates.
