how do i get my spare out from under my 91 x???

i dont see how to get it out from under there. lol thanks for the help

It's pretty easy really, you have to lift the hood, and if you look down you should see a round metal bar, it's around 1/4" around, and has 2 90 degree bends on one end. Remove that, and then below the tail gate, and above the bumper, there is a hole in the middle, just insert the crank, with the side with the 2 "teeth" first, and then just turn the crank, and it should lower.

found the hole but didnt find the crank lol

it should be at the very front of the engine compartment, about 3 inches behind, and below the hood "stand"

You can use your lug wrench also. Put it into the whole right under the rear hatch above the plate. Turn to lower the spare. If you don't have it, you can use a long flat head screwdriver.

 

[Crankcase]

Either way works, the crank should be mounted on clips....One is located directly over the battery, and the other is on the opposite side. If there is nothing in those clips, the crank is gone LOL.
