It's pretty easy really, you have to lift the hood, and if you look down you should see a round metal bar, it's around 1/4" around, and has 2 90 degree bends on one end. Remove that, and then below the tail gate, and above the bumper, there is a hole in the middle, just insert the crank, with the side with the 2 "teeth" first, and then just turn the crank, and it should lower.
