How do I hook up my Vapor Canister Purge Valve?

The Vapor Canister Purge Valve was mission on this truck when I bought it. a few weeks ago. I know where the wire for it is, it's right by the IAC valve, and I know how to hook it up to the vapor canister. What I don't know is where does the other side of the valve hook up to? And does it even have a mounting point?

93 XLT with 4wd. Not Cali. emissions version.

I did a bit if searching and the vacuum diagram I came across just confused the hell outta me.

one is to the the canister to other goes to the throttle i belive. should be a small vacuum hose connection under the throttle. IIRC

Ahhh!! Someone plugged that hose with a bolt in it. I shall put it on there then.
