How do I remove master window switch?

I have a 99 ford explorer, and it looks like the lockout switch is either dirty or damaged. I cannot find out how to remove it from the armrest. I have taken out the 2 screws above the door handle, but I cannot pry out the switch. The whole armrest piece will not move.

How do I get this thing out?

Remove the door panel, then you can get the rest of it apart.
