goo gone and some patience .

Running some heavy test fishing line between the emblem and the panel works well. Use a back-n-forth motion (sawing action if you know what I mean) and then use the goo gone to remove the 3m tape residue left behind.

I have used dental floss as well then goo gone to clean up residue left behind then buff and wax the area. .
