I know thatyouhave to lock your hubs to use them. I have a 4x4 elec push button that controls the transfercase. I have auto hubs and will get manual but I was wanting to know, could i just leave the manuals locked and press the push button when I nedd 4x4?

You could, but you'll wear out the front drivetrain quicker than if you left them unlocked until you needed 4x4. If you think you would need it at some point during the day, then yeah, it'd make it easier to leave them locked. But like I said, more wear...

You auto hubs are also unlocked until 4x4 is turned on by the switch

My autos a crazy, they would not bit befor so I took they apart and cleaned them, put them back together with new grease and they worked. Now there doing the same thing 200 miles later....does that mean there woren out?

Possibly, they could just be dirty again.. How much grease did you put on them? Shouldn't be too much..
