How many lights do you guys think is good enough for pitch black off-roading? I currently have 2 PIAA fog lights under my bumper and 4 Explorer Pro Comp Driving lights on the roof.

Thanks

Hmmm, for true pitch black offroading, you'd probably be best with:
2 fogs in front, 2 fogs aimed kinda to the side, 2 fogs in the rear, 4 driving lights forward, and an adjustable spot-type light. Have fun blazing trails!

As soon as my wrist is in good enough shape to install my new lights (coutesy of PIAA) I'll be running xtreme white 9004s, 2 ion crystal fogs under my bumper switched with my lows, two ion crystal driving lights on my bumper switched with my brights, 4 xtreme white driving lights on the roof with a standalone switch, two reverse lights, and two interior accent lights...
should be enough...
the roof lights will be sweet for illuminating snowboard jumps when we ride at night

just to be safe, go nuts! :).

Just kidding, seriously I've seen some people go night wheeling with no more then their headlights. Having one or two pairs of driving lights in the front and maybe some better reverse lights would help so you can see when your backing up. Other then that you can get a spotlight handheld type so you can shine the light where you want it, when you need it.

I usually have my brights on with two fogs on my brush guard and 4 driving lights on my safari rack. I also have two side lights and two back-up lights aux lights on the rack too. The back-up ones come in handy a lot for when you have to back up a ways at night.

This set up works really good for me.
