Right now I only have a K&N filter on there and frankly I can't really feel a difference when driving - maybe I suppose it pulls through the power band a little better but that's it.

What are some general things I can do to improve the power and torque? Is there any cams for a quick 30hp boost or maybe some supercharger kits. I looked at explorerexpress.com and they only seemed to have the roots blower for the 5.0L motor.

I'm just trying to decide whether I should invest some money into this or just leave it how it is.

Thanks for any help guys.

do a search for alec...he has an sc and its pretty nice.... check out vanir technologies.... they do a lot of stuff for the 4.0 ohv.....

With enough time and money you can do anything :)

There's a lot more stuff you can do before thinking big like a cam or s/c. Catback exhaust, computer chip or programmer, throttle body. Those are 3 good bolt-ons. To do the cam requires pulling the motor, which can be an expensive and/or difficult install. If you want serious power though, the BBK Instacharger kit will easily give you 200+ at the wheels. Use the search feature to look for my performance threads.
